This notice explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used on the corporate site devinjewellery.com and in the online store shop.devinjewellery.com. The tools actually used on each domain are shown in a separate inventory. The absence of a basket or payment cookie on the corporate site does not mean that there is none in the online store.

2. Technologies, data and purposes

Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Similar tools such as local and session storage may also hold preference or session information. Cookie identifiers, the page visited, the time of the transaction, device/browser details and preference information may be processed with these tools. When a tag or external content is loaded, your IP address may reach the provider concerned.

3. Corporate site inventory

The records below apply to the corporate site. Cookie durations indicate the lifetime in the browser; the provider’s server-side data retention period may differ.

Google Analytics and Meta tools run only when consent has been given for their own purposes. The name, e-mail, telephone, message and design notes entered in forms are not sent to these tools. The Google map is optional external content; if you do not consent, static location information served from our own domain is shown. If the map is opened, IP, browser/device and page information may be sent to Google; existing Google records on your device may also be processed under the provider’s terms.

Any session, basket, security, payment, language/preference, analytics and advertising records used in the store are entered in this table individually. Consent given for the corporate site’s cookies does not count as consent for the online store unless its scope is clearly explained and it is technically applied through the same preference system.

5. How do you manage your preferences?

On your first visit, the options Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Manage Preferences are offered. The analytics, advertising and optional external content options can be selected separately; they are off at the start. Not making a choice, closing the panel or continuing to browse the site does not count as consent. Not giving consent does not prevent you from viewing promotional content or using basic store functions.

You can change your choices and withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Withdrawal stops the subsequent processing concerned; it does not retroactively invalidate processing lawfully carried out before. Removable analytics/advertising records written on the device by the domain concerned are cleared. You can also delete or block records in your browser settings; this may affect some necessary store functions.

6. Transfers and non-cookie records

Analytics or advertising data you have opted in to may be transmitted to Google/Meta services. Non-cookie infrastructure operations such as server hosting and form e-mail may require technical data processing on the necessary legal basis even if you do not consent. Domestic recipient groups and the actual recipients, countries and KVKK Art. 9 mechanisms of transfers abroad, including Vercel, Brevo and Google/Meta, are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Cookie consent does not replace the mechanism required for transfers abroad.

Form security, server error/access logs and e-mail operations are not the same as the cookie inventory. Their purposes and periods are explained separately in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Marketing e-mail/SMS permissions are also independent of cookie preferences.

7. Rights and contact

You may learn whether your personal data are processed; request information if they are; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data are transferred in Turkey or abroad; request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law; and request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred. You may object to a result arising to your detriment from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

The application procedure and time limits are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. No separate application is needed to withdraw your cookie consent; you can use the preferences panel.
