Last updated: 8 October 2026
D’Evin is committed to using the personal information of its customers and visitors only for limited purposes and to protecting access to that information. This policy explains the general privacy approach of the corporate site devinjewellery.com and the online store shop.devinjewellery.com. The purposes of personal data processing, the legal bases, recipient groups and your rights are set out in the separate Personal Data Protection Notice; this policy does not replace that notice.

1. In which processes is information collected?
On the corporate site we receive your contact, showroom appointment and Be-Spoke consultation requests. In the online store, depending on the functions you use, account, order, invoice, payment transaction status, delivery and after-sales records are created. Technical records may be kept for the operation and security of the sites. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are managed through separate preferences.
Only the information needed to handle the request or transaction is requested. Optional fields in forms are not mandatory. We ask you not to add health, belief or other special categories of information, or unnecessary data relating to third parties, to your design notes.
2. How your information is used
We use your information to answer your request, arrange a consultation, deliver your order, process payments and refunds, provide after-sales service, protect system security and fulfil legal obligations. We do not make transactions that have a statutory or contractual processing condition subject to a general explicit consent requirement.
Separate, optional marketing preferences apply to messages about campaigns, collections or events. Making a request or a purchase does not by itself mean that you have accepted advertising communications.
3. Service providers and external services
For carriage, payment, hosting, e-mail, technical maintenance and necessary advisory services, the information needed for the task concerned may be shared with authorised providers on a limited basis. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Transfers to public bodies are limited to legal obligations or lawful requests.
For the corporate site, the available sources identify Vercel hosting, Brevo form e-mail and Lumina Spark Digital technical maintenance services. Recipient details for the online store and other services, and the mechanisms for transfers abroad, are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Storage on a server abroad or access from abroad is subject to separate transfer obligations; publishing a privacy page does not by itself satisfy those obligations.
External services such as Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or the map provider may process data separately for their own operations. D’Evin’s own KVKK obligations continue in respect of the communication it has with you on these channels. A third party’s policy does not remove D’Evin’s responsibility.
4. Payment security
We do not ask you to send your card security code, your full card number or your internet banking password by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp. Make payments only through the secure channel in the payment step of the online store. The payment transaction information that reaches D’Evin is separate from the card security data processed by the payment provider.
5. Security and retention
We apply the technical and administrative measures needed to prevent unlawful processing and access and to ensure the safekeeping of information. We limit access rights to the task concerned and regulate data security obligations with service providers. Technical security does not mean absolute security in any system; in the event of a breach, the investigation and notification procedures required by legislation are carried out.
We keep information only for the period required by the purpose of processing and by legal obligations. The periods are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Closing your account may not require the immediate deletion of invoices, sales records or other legally mandatory records; on the other hand, no data are kept indefinitely.
6. Cookies and your choices
Essential functions, site analytics, advertising measurement and optional external content are different purposes. You can make and withdraw your analytics and advertising choices in the Cookie Preferences panel. Cookies and browser storage records are explained in the Cookie Policy. Browsing the site does not by itself constitute consent.
7. Your rights and contact
For information, correction, erasure and other requests relating to your personal data, you may use the application channels set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice. You can withdraw your marketing permission through the opt-out method in the message or by applying to us, and your cookie consent through the preferences panel.

8. Updates
The policy is updated in line with changes in data processing procedures and legislation. The date of the update is stated on the relevant page. When a new optional processing purpose arises, the necessary notice and, where applicable, a separate consent procedure are applied; an earlier acceptance cannot be used as general permission for new purposes.
