These terms relate to the general use of the corporate site devinjewellery.com and the online store shop.devinjewellery.com. The corporate site is used for presenting the products and the brand, for contact, for showroom appointments and for Be-Spoke consultation requests. Online purchases are made in the separate store. Sending a form on the corporate site does not by itself create a sales contract or a production order.

2. Product and design information

The essential characteristics of the products are explained on the relevant pages. The colour of images may be affected by screen settings; natural materials may show reasonable variations. This explanation does not justify a failure to meet the metal/fineness, stone, dimensions, design or other characteristics undertaken. Historical and symbolic design narratives do not contain any guarantee of health, treatment, a definite outcome or good fortune.

In a Be-Spoke consultation, the design, materials, price, production and delivery terms are determined through a separate quotation/order process. For online sales, the Preliminary Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the relevant customer policies are provided separately. These general terms do not replace those documents.

3. Lawful use

You may not use the site to transact under a false identity, to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, to collect personal data by scraping, to transmit malicious software, to infringe the rights of others or to obstruct the service. You are expected to provide accurate and appropriate information in your requests. Legal liability is assessed according to fault and the circumstances of the specific case.

4. Intellectual property

The D’Evin brand and marks, product designs, photographs, videos, texts and other content belong to D’Evin or to the relevant rights holder. Subject to the uses permitted by law, no commercial imitation, unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use that infringes rights may be made. Viewing the site for personal purposes and sharing links lawfully is permitted. Nothing here means that a visitor is permitted to exercise rights belonging to third parties.

5. External links and access to the service

The site may contain links to other services. The external service’s own data processing and content are subject to the terms of the provider concerned. D’Evin’s own operations and obligations continue. Optional map or external content is loaded according to the preferences explained in the Cookie Policy.

Access may be interrupted temporarily during technical maintenance or events beyond our control. Reasonable efforts are made to inform you and to resolve the issue. These statements about the service do not remove D’Evin’s own fault, its statutory data security obligations or its delivery, return and other responsibilities arising from concluded sales.

6. Data, cookies and message preferences

Personal data processes are explained in the Personal Data Protection Notice, the general approach in the Privacy Policy and browser technologies in the Cookie Policy. Browsing the site or reading these terms does not amount to consent to marketing or to analytics/advertising data processing. Optional permissions are obtained through separate choices and can be withdrawn.

7. Updates and interpretation

Site content and these terms may be updated for future use; in the case of material changes, appropriate notice is given. The contract applicable to earlier orders and acquired rights cannot be changed retroactively. A provision contrary to mandatory legislation is not applied; the other valid provisions are preserved. These terms are not intended to narrow consumer rights.

8. Applications and disputes

Turkish law applies. Depending on the value of the dispute, the consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee of the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made, within the monetary limits in force on the date of application. The right to apply to the consumer court and, where mandatory by law, the provisions on pre-action mediation are reserved. These terms do not limit the consumer’s rights of application arising from the statutory rules on jurisdiction and competence.
