Glory Bracelet

Myth describes their athletic power, skill in battle, horsemanship and command of weapons. They appear often in ancient Greek art, especially in Amazonomachy scenes depicting their battles with Greek warriors. Glory’s form draws on the spears and double-ended spearheads seen in those images. Repeated side by side, the spear forms evoke the Amazons’ warrior identity and resolve. The piece takes its name from the victory and honour that follow the struggle.
